What we collect

We do not collect payment card numbers, government identifiers, or health information through this website or through our phone systems.

Why we collect it

Consent and CASL

Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation governs the commercial text messages our systems send. We record when and how consent was given, and we honour withdrawal of consent promptly. Replying STOP to any text stops further messages to that number. You can also withdraw consent by emailing us at the address above.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Some of these providers process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where foreign courts and authorities may be able to access it.

How long we keep it

Call and message records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, and are then deleted. Consent records are kept for the period CASL requires.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email rawlin@bishopai.ca and we will respond within 30 days. If we operate the system on behalf of a client, we may need to direct your request to that business, and we will tell you if that is the case.

Security

We limit access to personal information to those who need it to do the work, and we rely on the security controls of the established providers we build on. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
