SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages sent by Bishop Automations, and by the systems Bishop operates on behalf of its clients.
What messages you will get
- A reply to a call you made that wasn't answered, so you can get a callback.
- Confirmation and reminders for an appointment you booked.
- Follow-up on a quote you asked for.
- Answers to a text you sent us first.
We do not send marketing blasts, and we do not text people who have not contacted us or one of our clients.
How you get on the list
You consent to receive texts when you call or text the business, or when you give your number to the business and are told it will be used to reach you. Consent is never a condition of buying anything.
How often
Message frequency varies with your job. Most people receive a handful of messages related to a single job, not an ongoing stream.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts at that number. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that.

Cost
Bishop does not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply under your own mobile plan. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your number and the contents of your messages are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information.
